"Great beach"

"The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps. The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind. "

"Upon arrival we ( my wife & I ) greeted by the front desk and we felt very welcome to start our stay, i highly recommend this property, Quite, clean, great customer service, even the owner onsite to welcome all guests. Beautiful pool area, the room are big , close to everything in Djerba. "

"Nous sommes restés 9 nuits avec ma fille. Nous avons adoré l’accueil et tout le personnel de l’hôtel au petit soin pour nous tout au long du séjour. Vous vous sentez très vite comme à la maison. Très bonne situation pour profiter de la (les) plages. Au pied de toutes activités et balades le long de la mer. Un séjour reposant et ressourçant. Bref nous avons adoré et reviendrons au plus vite. "Property was falsely advertised. Most of the amenities advertised with the room where not in room including towels fridge utensil microwave dining area etc Management ignored all forms of communcation to rectify via myself and Expedia . Would not recommend this property. I am still waiting for a refund which Expedia is organsing as this was a terrible experience and introduction to Djerba and its people. property communucation"
